EsseJennifer Esse
Au.D.

Dr. Esse has practiced in the Lowcountry for 9 years, with extensive experience and expertise in pediatric and educational audiology, adult and geriatric audiology, central auditory processing evaluations, evaluation and management of positional vertigo, tinnitus evaluation, industrial audiology, and hearing aid evaluations, fitting and service.

Dr. Esse received her Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of Florida. She holds a Master of Arts Degree in Audiology from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo, and a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University in Montreal, Canada.

Dr. Esse originally hails from Canada (Barrie, Ontario), but now calls Charleston home. She lives in Mt. Pleasant with her husband and two children. In her free time, Dr. Esse enjoys spending time with her family.

MillerLori Miller
Office Manager

Lori has been with Daniel Island Hearing Center since its inception in 2005. Prior to this, Lori managed her own company, "Elder Helpers", assisting individuals with their daily activities. Lori is originally from Clearwater, Florida, and then spent many years in the Cleveland, Ohio area. She lives in Mt. Pleasant with her two teenage daughters. She is an animal enthusiast, and has two dogs and a cat to care for.

H.I.S.

Carolyn provides part time hearing instrument technical support and front office support for our practice. She brings plenty of experience as a Hearing Instrument Specialist, having worked in the Greenville, SC area for over 10 years. She moved to Mt. Pleasant with her husband and son 4 years ago to be closer to her daughter, son-in-law, and 2 grandsons.
